Ikeda's California Country Market

Is this place open on Easter Day? Anyone know ? Please share thanks .............................I called no one pick up but am hoping they are open.

Coming back from Tahoe we needed some food! This was my first time at Ikeda's, my in-laws come here every time they come back from Tahoe. This tucked away market/restaurant was so busy for a Monday afternoon! Despite the long line to order and fight for enough seats/tables, it was well worth it. The interior of the restaurant was pretty modern. I personally didn't have high hopes for the wagyu burger considering the location but decided to try it anyways. Man, was I terribly mistaken to have low expectations for this burger. The burger was moist and perfectly cooked, the brioche buns complement the burger, minimal toppings made it that much better. The fries were really good, tons of flavor and well cooked. Lastly, the shake and the consistency was spot on. I wish this place was closer so I could come back more frequently! But, maybe only having it on certain occasions makes it that much better. Highly highly recommend!

A friend stopped by on the way home and got us a Dutch Apple Pie. The initial bites were heavenly crust, apples, and the crumbles on top. But then came the twist... The Unexpected Twist: Midway through, I encountered something unyielding. I spat it out a shard resembling a broken fingernail. My mind raced was this really part of the pie? Despite its initial deliciousness, trust shattered. I couldn't finish the slice and had to throw away the rest of the pie.

Amazing pies!!! $30 for ONE whole pie!!!! Serves 10 slices. We chose the Marion berry one. It did not disappoint!! This place is a gold mine! Can't wait to go back !!! AKA-Dana C

We came here Friday at 12:00pm. It was busy but we were still able to find a table right away after we ordered. The line moved fast and was short. Almost everything we ordered was good: Onion ring too much batter , mushroom burger, tofu burger, regular cheese burger, blueberry pie too sweet . The burgers were juicy. They also got their own marketplace next door that sells bomb veggie chips that are a bit pricey for a little bag $11+ . There's also other things like dips, chips, cheeses, charcuteries, beers, wines, etc. It was easy to find parking in the parking lot.
