Dunkin' - Auburn

Iced mocha lattes taste delicious, unlike some other Dunkin’s that are too milky flavored. Guy working the counter was friendly and fast. He made conversation with all the customers. Definitely my new location of choice.

Something is always broken, or they run out of something every time. The worst DD ever

For the most part the service is good at this Dunkin Donuts, but they're consistently out of food such as donuts, bagels, muffins and coffee flavors by the morning. I was told that one man provides the food for all the Dunkin Donuts in Auburn, NY and he is not doing a good job, although it seems like too much for one person to have to do. These Dunkin Donuts are losing out on a lot of money every day by not having enough product, and it's not fair to the customers either.

Horrible service with sarcasm. Drinks all had unmelted sugar in the bottom of them. Couldn’t even finish them.
