Bigfoot Investment Group - Auburn

I really enjoy Bigfoot Java, and I often visit this location because I love their coffee. However, I find it absolutely ridiculous that I had to wait 20 minutes for my coffee with only one person ahead of me. At Starbucks, I can order a whole meal along with two coffees, even with four people in front of me, and still receive it in less than 10 minutes—right next door! Please train your employees better to ensure we can get our coffee faster. Thank you!

The wait for coffee was quite lengthy, which likely contributed to the long line. I've never experienced so much chatting at a coffee stand with so little actual coffee-making happening. At least the coffee itself was decent.

The restaurant consistently has long delays, does not accept orders promptly, and the staff seems to spend more time chatting with each other than attending to the customers.

My favorite drive-thru coffee shop in the region. I would choose it over Starbucks any day.

32oz coffee need I say more. 5 stars if I didn't have to order at the window, not sure why in 2023 this was a thing. Or could be I'm not from around there and that's just how they do it.
