Firehouse 52 Grill - Aubrey

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food quality was terrible and inconsistent, leading to a frustrating dining experience. The high turnover of staff didn't help either. As a result, you never know what to expect for dinner. One time, I waited nearly an hour for my meal, only for it to be the wrong order. However, on another occasion, the food was perfect and arrived on time, tasting great. Overall, it feels like a gamble every time you go.

If you're in search of a family-friendly restaurant and bar in a small town, this is the place for you! The staff is friendly, and the service is consistently excellent. The food is fantastic, and they offer specials throughout the week. I highly recommend Firehouse 52 Bar Grill!

I would happily give this place 4 stars, but after three visits, I've noticed that both the bar service and the food service are quite slow. On my first visit, my husband ordered a medium burger while I got a bowl of soup. I didn't receive my cocktail until 20 minutes after we sat down, and then my soup arrived another 20 minutes later. My husband had to wait an additional 25 minutes after I got my soup for his burger. By that point, I was bored and already 15 minutes into waiting for a second drink. There really is no excuse for the delays, especially since the food is exceptional when it finally arrives. This is a great place to hang out, and I'll keep coming back, but they really need to improve the speed of their service.

We stopped in for a quick meal and a few drinks on our way to a wedding. We were warmly welcomed at the hostess station. We ended up sitting in the bar area and had the pleasure of being served by Ashley, our wonderful waitress. We ordered the nachos, which were delicious! We also enjoyed a couple of well drinks that were very tasty. The service was outstanding! We really appreciated the decor that showed support for the police and firefighters. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back!

The Duke Burger. Dang! It's was slap your mama good! Don't over complicate it with the Jalapeno Cheddar bun. Just the simple brioche bun is the best. Let the ingredients do their thing in your mouth. Chips and salsa are really tasty too. Great service,comfortable and they make you feel like you're at a friends place. Love it.
