Restaurant Saint Etienne - Aubazines

The Saint Etienne is very authentic and original in appearance however the ambient atmosphere suffered. Background music and possibly candle light would of helped to set the mood. We were the only couple there for quite some time, it was very quiet and sterile. The service was quick and the quality of food was good. Unfortunately there was a slight language barrier however, between the maitre de and ourselves with the help of our iPhone translator App we managed to navigate our way around the French menu.

Had lunch after visiting the aubazine abbaye. ask them that they are tenderly offered, cooked completely; delicious! like other parts of the meal. elegantly served. pleasant dining room with charming waitress. highly recommended. good value to reasonable trips do not miss their signature dessert: soufflé Glacé...aux noix (walnut ice cream soufflé
