Sancak Atyrau

Kind staff my colleague forgot his airpods there and when we returned, they still had them stored in a safe place. Kudos for honesty and kindness!

Nice but a bit expensive. They claimed it is halal and I acknowledged and tried the beef+lamb kebab skewer with rice. Green salad was also nice. I didn't like the Turkish coffee, maybe it is just me. One of the waitresses helped me top up my SIM card and helped me to call taxi (my first day in kazakhstan) great customer service. Date of visit: June 2018

We lived in Atyrau for 2 years and loved Sancak!!! The staff were very friendly to our family and always welcoming with a smile and small talk. The food was amazing always....loved their lentil soup, bread, fish dishes and all.of their grilled shashlyk (kebabs). Highly recommend!!!!

Get there early and you get a better choice of food. We enjoyed our meals and the service was good. It is a very popular restaurant.
