Sparky's Crosstown Drive In - Atoka

I visited for the first time and I have to say it was excellent. The ribs were tender, and the sandwiches were generous and substantial. The seating is cozy and intimate, but it can also serve as a quick stop, so it's probably best to take your order to go during peak hours.

The order was ready for pickup right away, which was great. The staff was very friendly. I would love to see a meal deal, like a cheeseburger with fries and a drink, because the food was really good. As someone on a fixed income due to disability and being divorced, it is a bit pricey for me, but I will definitely come back when I have a little more money.

The BBQ nachos were absolutely amazing—loaded with a flavorful sauce that really packs a punch. The beans were impressive, rivaling even the best home-cooked meals. However, the ribs could have used a bit more meat on them. The young server was outstanding, providing excellent service throughout our visit. There are several establishments in Frayser that could learn a thing or two from her approach to customer care. She visited our table just often enough to keep our iced tea filled without being intrusive. I've had experiences where I had to ask servers to leave us alone, but she struck the perfect balance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be returning for the nachos!

Excellent food. Really great staff, very friendly. I enjoyed coming here. New in the area, this became a short favorite. Come on.

The food was delicious the BBQ sauce was amazing they had a nice selection, it was clean, and I never had to wait a long time to get my food.
