Great place to spend some time ,if your at the pool, bowling, movies ,overnight stay , concerts ,gaming,arcade,or grabbing some good food it's a nice place to do it all. Gaming is fun and lots of machines to choose from, there are no card/table games,slots only. Nice way to have close getaway for the day or weekend.
Andrea at FIRE steakhouse was awesome very attentive and friendly: excellent timingMachines are new and high tech, parking lot entrances and fountain stunning and new, came here to unwind in the stead I went to the restroom and was mortified at the obscenities on the wall. Bathroom entrance and sinks are exquisite but the stall and other reviews, made me feel unsafe to try the hotel out for our anniversary (Even though views are gorgeous wife was sad maybe next year. :(Food drinks: Reasonably priced, Andrea at FIRE steakhouse was phenomenal!Noteworthy details: App is fun and you can actually win real money
The rooms were clean just lacked modern technology I feel they should have. The location is quiet just too remote for a casino if you ask me. The service was not bad but not great
I am giving 1 star because I had a reservation but my plans changed and was not able to make it. I called on the 12th and canceled my stay I spoke with, I think, Jennifer at that time. I was in my car, traveling at the time and not able to write anything down. On the 18th, I get a charge on my card for $50 for deposit anyway. I called, spoke with Laura, she looked it up, couldn't find call on the 12th but said sometimes sometimes #s aren't recorded. She spoke to supervisor who told her to send it to reservation desk to let them decide to take the charge off or not and they would call me. Two days later and no call and charge still not removed. Disappointing customer service and disappointing practice. Not my first and only time. I stay at location once a month due to business travels and it's always the highlight of my trips. Or was, I should say. I will be looking at alternate locations for my future travels to the area. Update I did finally get a refund of my $50. It took 3 weeks and no phone call or anything but it did happen. Subpar system in place for customer service to deal with this type issue. What is a supervisor, if they can't make this decision?
