Can not rate food, waited in lobby for 15 minutes, until the manager finally came back off of break, to let us know they do not accept orders indoors, that we have to go thru the drive thru to place an order. Kiosks are broken.

Omg, McKenna was outstanding made me feel I was the only customer there. Made sure my allergy food was in separate bags, also that I had enough of everything. I haven’t had awesome service since 2021. McKenna keep up the good work, your company are lucky to have you. If I was still in the industry service that is you’ll be working for me.God Bless!

Doors are locked at noon on a Friday. Hours on the door say they should be open.

Can't get the simplest of orders correct. Employees look strung out on meth. Pathetic.

Went through the drive through and paid for a $16 meal with a $50 bill. I was given a little over $3 in change and when I tried to explain that I gave a $50 bill to the cashier, somebody came down with a picture of the footage trying to tell me I clearly gave him $20. When my mom got out of the passenger seat to view the photo, the man refused to show his phone (which he has a right to do so but it doesn 't look good when you 're trying to prove I only gave $20. My mom called the cops and from what I was informed, he told the cops that the footage doesn 't allow you to perfectly see which bill I gave (completely destroying his own previous argument lol. In the end they finally gave me the $30 in change. The food was fine besides the fact that it sat out for like 15 minutes ?. Definitely won 't happen to every customer that eats here but it for sure left a bad taste in my mouth ?‍?
