Complete working chaos back then. It must have gotten a lot harder now to make 1 pizza. Of course me and my friend were pretty stoned back then. Maybe that was our advantage?? Maybe it was that we actually cared about what a person was going to put in their body for nourishment?? Maybe it was we would be fired for substandard performance ?? Not sure.. And can’t really remember messing up an order. Go figure?!? This cottage inn… won’t say all of them..that wouldn’t be fair.. SUCKS. I think it is their policy of “ we really don’t care about the customer service” that does them dirty. The guy actually said to me when I complained about a bad order) that “not everyone’s kid is a star” … he must be the leader. We won’t be back.. and I don’t even want them to reply to this and say “hey here is our number let us make this right”. They should consider something better than what they have because they are failing miserably. Good bye cottage inn grand Blanc… we will hope the best for you when we drive by… Wheelchair accessibility: Big door one floor.
They made my pizza exactly the way that I needed it made. And it didn't upset my stomach like most pizza places do so I was definitely happy with this place
I like cottage Inn because they serve vegan pizza. However, I waited for a long time, the cheese wasn’t melted well and the pizza looked like it was thrown together. I thought for it to be such a long wait it would be fresh.. The sauce was dry and the crust was doughy. I ate one slice and my stomach has been sour. Miller rd.. Does a much better job. Very disappointed because I live closer to this location. Also why doesn’t anyone wear gloves. They are touching utensils, boxes and cooking.
TLDR: The General Manager of the Cottage Inn on Saginaw St damaged my car while on duty, and when confronted he told me “it was private property call your insurance company.” The Cottage Inn GM has ethical issues. I was out tonight at the Cupcakes and Kisses (this place is quite amazing if you’ve never been. The General Manager of the Cottage Inn parked next to my car to deliver pizza to the store. He came inside and realized they did not intend for the delivery to be at that location, and he left. From inside, I noticed he opened his car door into my car. I went outside to let him know what he did. I went back inside before realizing that I should check for damage. Going back outside, the paint protection film I have on the car was damaged down to the paint. As he started to drive away I loudly got his attention, telling him he damaged my vehicle. He came back to my car to inspect the damage, initially claiming it was glue (or something. I explained to him it was a wrap/paint protection film and showed him the inside of my untreated door. Based on his demeanor, I felt compelled to at least take a picture of his license plate. As I did, he told me he would have given it to me if I asked. Then he drove off to continue to deliver pizzas. I have the entire event recorded. I ended up going to the Cottage Inn, in an attempt to get his contact information and discuss an outcome since he was an agent of the store and acting in an offical capacity. The manager on duty stated she was aware of what happened, would not give me his information (understandable , and that it was the General Manager that damaged my vehicle. The manager on duty claimed the general manager intended on telling me he damaged my car to apologize. I’m not sure based on the footage that he had any intention of letting me know he damaged my vehicle. I waited at the store to talk with him. When he returned he stated “I’m not giving you my information or insurance, it was private property, call your own insurance.” Was it an accident, likely. I can get the paint protection film replaced, and that’s why I got it in the first place. I’m not sure the police will do anything, but I plan to find out on Monday. I’m not trying to be a jerk, but I’m big on taking ownership of your actions and I’ll be the first to make things right if I’m at fault. I’m sure everyone working the Cottage Inn tonight knows what kind of guy their General Manager is. Not sure I’d be interested in someone of this character or ethics as my boss.
My first time at this location. I picked up my order and they were busy! One employee really stood out and was constantly upbeat and professional along with stepping in to help a mismade order. On the way out I asked his name and it's Brandon. My pizzas were also made just right and delicious
