The only thing that was delicious was the bread and whatever spread came with it. Otherwise would not recommend
I literally walked away in the middle of my salad being made! One thing for sure and two things for certain I don’t tolerate anyone having an attitude making my food! That was the first strike the second strike was all the dried out ingredients that were being used to make my salad as if the vegetables were sitting out for days on! It was the last eye roll that I was over it and said no thank you and just walked away! I rather be hungry than eat something I’m not satisfied with. I’ll never be back to this establishment!
The wedge salad and seabass were delicious, but the scallop appetizer lacked flavor and were very small. The filet was average. The service was extremely fast, and our entrees were served before we were finished our appetizers. The roasted cauliflower side was not cooked completely. We were seated next to the server station which was very annoying.
To celebrate our son’s Thanksgiving Day birthday, we chose to dine at American Cut. It was pricey however it’s one of our son’s favorite restaurants in A/C. The dinner was delicious and prepared as we had requested however our waiter (not the rest of the staff) was awful. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name (he actually may not have told us) as the restaurant was quite noisy however he seemed completely indifferent to us as guests. When you’re paying the prices that American Cut charges, you expect great service. We weren’t provided a wine listing and so I asked him for a Riesling to complement my fish. He never asked my husband or son if they would like any wine, forgot about the wine until I was almost finished with my meal and never apologized after I asked again. When it finally came, it was quite sweet and not what I would have expected. We also asked if he could take a picture for us and he instead asked another service person, as though it was beneath him. I understand that finding staff has been very difficult however Management should be certain to train their staff in how to treat their customers. I could kick myself for not making sure I knew his name and that’s on me. Bottom line, however, is that I would assume this isn’t the first complaint regarding his service.
Sides were good but the steak was undercooked and I asked to have it done right and they bring the steak back burnt in the outside and right cook on the inside with more seasoning than before which made it salty. Good ambiance but another steak should have been cooked
