Diamond Club Lounge - Atlantic City

I stayed on the 38th floor with a sea view for $147.00 per night. The room was clean and had a spacious view. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Keith was quite aggressive, insisting that if I didn't tip him, he wouldn't handle my luggage. John arrived but instead of calming the situation, he seemed to fuel it and did nothing to address Keith's behavior. Feeling frustrated and unsafe, I considered calling the police. Thankfully, Al intervened. He approached me calmly and assured me he had no issue handling my luggage. He continued to push the dolly into the hotel and assisted me with my bags, displaying remarkable politeness and professionalism. Throughout our weekend stay, Al checked in with us whenever we crossed paths, making us feel valued and comfortable. Corporate needs to hire more people like Al and reconsider the presence of Keith, who has been there for over 35 years. His long tenure seems to have made him indifferent to the guests. As for John, he lacks the supervisory skills required for his role and should be demoted. Honestly, if it weren't for Al, I would have considered taking legal action against Keith for his aggressive behavior. These are the facts!

I've always loved this casino and hotel. I've stayed here a few times, and it has never disappointed me. The restaurants are excellent, with a very elegant atmosphere, especially now that they feature Jerry Longo's and Guy Fieri's establishments. If you want to enjoy both the casino and a comfortable stay, I recommend booking a room here. The view from the top floor is especially breathtaking in the morning.
