Chickie's Pete's - Atlantic City

My favorite restaurant at Harrah's! The food was delicious and flavorful. I tried the whispers, wings, and shrimp, and I highly recommend all of them. We were seated right away, and our food came out very quickly. The prices are also quite reasonable.

I celebrated my 44th birthday dinner at Chickie's Pete's with my partner. The Old Bay fries and sweet potato cinnamon fries drizzled with maple syrup were absolutely amazing! The salmon burger was fresh and delicious! I can't recommend it enough!

I saved my trip to Atlantic City for this moment, and it was definitely worth it. I had a craving for seafood, so I turned to Yelp to find some good places and ended up at Chickie’s and Pete’s. After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. When we arrived, there wasn’t a line, but rather a waiting time since we wanted to sit outside, which might have contributed to the delay. However, we were seated after about 15 minutes, and our waiter came by right away. He shared his recommendations and told us about his favorite dishes. I ordered the house white wine, fried crab mac and cheese, king crab legs, and a traditional Peteza. Everything was delicious! The mac and cheese were fried to perfection, and I appreciated that there was a generous amount of real crab inside—it made a big difference for me. The combination of noodles and cheese was simply delightful. The Peteza was a bit different from what I expected; the cheese was on the crust, with the sauce on top. At first glance, it seemed a bit dry, but I was pleasantly surprised after the first bite! It was fantastic! The cheese was still melted, the crust was soft and fluffy, and the sauce was just right. The king crab legs were amazing! It seemed like they cooked the legs along with the sauce—unlike most places that just cook the legs and add the sauce later—which added so much flavor. The portion was generous; I had so much that I ended up taking some home. After reheating it in the oven the next day, it was just as delicious. I really hope to visit this place again someday!

I visited this restaurant during the summer, and I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. Due to the pandemic, some menu items were unavailable. I ordered fried calamari, crab tacos, and black mushrooms. The calamari was delicious, and they served a generous portion of the mushrooms. Although I'm not typically a fan of crab, I found the tacos to be average. One of the highlights of the experience was the fantastic view of the sea, which made the meal even more enjoyable.

The crab fries and cheeseburger were outstanding! The beer was refreshingly cold, and our server was very friendly and attentive.
