Chelsea Five Gastropub Poolside

Eating and atmosphere, including intentionally were excellent! a bit expensive, but are not all good steak restaurants? it seemed not to have enough waiting staff as our waitress ran like crazy and couldn't give us the attention we would like. bartender and runners were great. hostess was a little short and didn't seem happy.

The manager remember me from 4 months ago. Remembered our conversation and what I ordered. That's fantastic customer service. The waitstaff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Food was exactly as I expected it to be. Delicious.

Our waiter Jamie was incredibly helpful, courteous and charismatic. Coupled with the delicious food it made for an absolutely wonderful dining experience.

Absolutely horrible! We had reservations at 7:30 PM. We ordered our drinks and calamari which were served pretty much on time. However we only ordered hamburgers and a chicken sandwich at 9 PM we still have not received our food. We had the manager come over and he said he’s going to work on this he came back out and said that the food should be out shortly. We told him never mind and walked out of the restaurant. Do not recommend this restaurant at all service was terrible . Restaurant is managed extremely poorly! Would not recommend this restaurant !!

We had an excellent experience at the restaurant – outstanding service, delicious food, and a lovely atmosphere. We will definitely return for dinner on our next trip to the Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. – Lisa and Ken
