This business has done a whole 360 under its new management. If you knew how this place was before you know this place was a hot mess. The new manager Natorria has brought more organization and cleanliness to this place. She does a great job, and she also ensures that she builds great relationships with customers. This makes the experience so much better than before. As a regular customer, I can say that even the quality of food and customer service is now top-tier. Keep the good work that it really pays!!!!

Last weekend, I ordered two orders from wings and fries, who were an excessively salty to say the least. I called on the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction with my order, and the service manager (Northern Ireland) was sincere in her understanding of my complaint and offered to make it right. She took responsibility as a business leader and ensured customer satisfaction by offering another order on a busy Friday night. She apologized and prepared my order for my return. Your leadership and good customer service bring me back. I just thought I would share a positive one, because too often we are more inclined to share negative interactions.

Great place so far love customer service especially for a new opening in the area. Also the kitchen guys are they very clean and spot on!!! I have eaten from here a few times and the key is order ahead for pickup. My most recent order was fresh, delicious, and accurate. I’ve gone in tho and ordered at the register and waited 40 minutes so pickup is my fave option. I’m obsessed with the corn and fries!
