Willy's Mexicana Grill - Atlanta

My order did not include cheese. I received quite a bit of cheese in my order. Now I have to take my client to the hospital as she is highly allergic to cheese. I called and spoke with the manager. She hung up on me. What would you do? THANKS WILLYS!!!!!!!!! Check your orders here. The dairy products continue to be added when specified no dairy. Please willys employees and customers check your orders at this location.

I came to this location at 11:51 am on 5/22/2022 and the doors were closed and locked. I knocked on the doors and there were 2 gentlemen in red shirts that did not acknowledge me or come to the door to say anything. They proceeded to sit down and eat while a bunch of customers were outside waiting to come inside. These men were very rude! I will never come back to this location again.

I?ve enjoyed Willys a couple times now for a quick and cheap meal. The burritos/bowls are roughly $10 when you build your own depending on the protein you choose. I get 2 meals out of it since the servings are pretty sizable, which is great on a student budget.

I came in for lunch, this is such a great staff!! Everybody was so nice and helpful with my questions, the service was quick, and the location was clean. I would 1000% recommend this location if you?re looking for a place in the area.

Consistently annoyed by this place. Portions are VERY small, but quite pricey. First time ordering a burrito bowl, there was a plastic sticker in the bowl (ended up getting a refund for that). This time, a taco salad. Taco salad comes in a soft burrito shell (never heard of that) with only a sprinkle of beef. The chips that come with the meal is extremely small as well. With their prices, you'd be better off going to Moe's or Chipotle....at least you'll get your money's worth.
