Tgi Fridays - Atlanta

I stopped by for a bite to eat between flights, and I have to say, the service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The place was clean, and the food was delicious. My son particularly loved the burger he ordered, along with the free refills.

My server, Alicia, was fantastic! The atmosphere was lively and full of energy. The customer service was excellent, and I was in and out in under 35 minutes—unbelievable, right? This experience was a huge improvement compared to my previous visit in Florida. I'm really pleased this time went so well. I drove three hours just to eat at my favorite restaurant since there isn't one in my home state. It was absolutely worth it! You have to try the Jack Daniel’s sauce on the ribs; it's amazing!

Food was good. Only downside was the nice patio area was not available because of short staffing. Food was overall good.

I would suggest ignoring the negative reviews unless you plan on getting takeout and have high expectations for service during busy evenings. If that's the case, you might be better off opting for fast food or approaching the situation with a bit of patience, as the waitstaff often multitask as hosts. When we arrived, the waitress apologized for the wait and assured us, "Don’t worry, I got you." However, we found some open seats at the bar and settled in there. I would definitely stop by again for a late-night snack after a long flight. Thanks for the fun experience!

The service was good and the atmosphere was nice. We enjoyed our food. My drink was delicious. Great place to hang out.
