Taco Bell - Atlanta

Food is on par with any Taco Bell. Service was dismal. They were joking and talking to each other and never acknowledged me, the customer. Once they handed me the back they were like, “see ya!”. Even though I needed extra napkins.

This place is a joke. The absolute worst customer service. The pathetic manager cannot keep her composure and disrespects customers after having waited over 30 minutiae to get served. You reach drive through, they mention “5 items or less” and then give you an attitude while you’re ordering and expect you to sit there silent, while you’re being disrespected…this just happened at 11:59pm and will be escalated to Taco Bell corporate….never have I ever experienced a manager with more pathetic and weak managerial skills than this “manager” that failed to relinquish her name — she sounds like someone that was raised at the zoo.

After a bad experience at mcdonalds. line was long but amazingly fast moving. my job was hot and correct. thanks taco bell!

Kind of hit or miss whether they'll get your order right but when they do they do it well! Just make sure you check first if you're taking it to go :

I just visited the drive-through of this Taco Bell on lunch and the customer service was very good. The young lady who spoke over the speaker was very clear and had a positive tone and Ahmad did an excellent job at the window. Keep it up!
