Sushi Huku Japanese - Atlanta

A hidden gem. Their sushi is fantastic and some of the best I've had in Atlanta. The New Page roll is a personal favorite! Everything is always very consistent and fresh. Would recommend to anyone. Love that the rolls are more traditional and not just covered in different sauces like you find at other sushi spots in the city.Food: 5/5

I love this place!! Definitely myfavorite sushi place. It’s so good and staff is always very friendly. The Lambada roll is amazing. I also like the Home Depot roll. Their menu has pictures of most of the special rolls, which is helpful. The atmosphere is very relaxing, great for dates.Food: 5/5

Amazing as always.Get the samurai Roll and some Tempura Using, yum.Best sashimi or fish quality. Not an ounce of fishiness. Even the octopus was great as well as flying fish egg with a raw quail egg on top

Have been going to Sushi Huku for over a decade. Jay has honed his craft over time , trains his kitchen staff well for good consistent quality and has an attentive and friendly wait staff (rarity these days . Excellent quality but fair price so I don't mind going regularly.

The new management is sadly not the same as the one we had experienced for decades. We booked the special enclosed room for my son's 18 birthday for a family dinner a while back and confirmed day of. Service was terrible. First, they did not recognize we had booked ahead. During dinner, we had to ask for water refills. Then, at the end, they did not bring the cake we had requested with my son's name on it (giving us some lame excuse that it had to come from Japan and had not made it on time)... instead they handed him a ramune' drink a soda bottle! (the lady told us: well this is more expensive... how insulting). They provided no special celebration at all not even a scoop of ice cream! for the birthday boy. They made us feel disrespected. With the very expensive bill we paid on top of that, this is the last time we will come here. So sad. This used to be our family's special place for decades.
