Subway - Atlanta

NO MASK! Woman workimg did not wear her mask while preparing mine and many other to go orders! Complete lack of disregard for others safety. I will be reporting this restaurant. we can do better than this. The pandemic is not over and many are trying to protect the vulnerable unlike this woman.

One star because zero is not an option. Rude, rude staff sandwich maker. Sign on door that they are short handed and are only accepting online orders. Door is locked and only opened to those that have placed online orders and are there to pick up. That's fine, no problem, I get it. But the rude, unprofessional sandwich maker that opened the door, I don't get. I'm not the only one who complained about this guy either. I left and went to the Subway at 2566 Shallowford Road for exceptional service with a smile! Do not have the server's name, but he was exceptional and I will now make this my Subway shop when at the office in the area!

It used to be a fantastic place, but unfortunately, it has declined over the past few years. Clearly, all the stores owned by the same company have shut down.

After this experience, I decided to head to the Subway on 2566 Shallowford Road instead, where I received exceptional service with a smile! I didn’t catch the name of the server, but he was outstanding. From now on, this will be my go-to Subway location when I'm in the area!

I’ve noticed that they frequently close whenever they feel like it, regardless of their posted hours online. It’s frustrating to drive 10 to 15 minutes only to find them closed when their website says they're open. They really need to stick to their advertised hours and not close at their convenience.
