Subway - Atlanta

You can never be disappointed at this restaurant. They do not accept any coupons or promotions, even if they are valid. Every time I go in, the staff is always engaged in a heated argument with a customer. Out of all the Subways I have visited, this has been by far the worst customer experience.

I have never had any issues with this Subway location, where I have been a customer since 2017. However, my recent experience was quite unpleasant. As I approached the entrance with my van and trailer, an older woman of color rudely told me I couldn't order or eat there and instructed me to park instead. When I explained that I wanted to place a pick-up order, she replied that they didn't offer that service. Feeling disrespected, I decided to leave. This encounter was disappointing and I will not be returning. It appears that others have had similar experiences based on previous reviews. If the staff at this location are unhappy, perhaps they should seek employment elsewhere. It's never too late to make a positive change.

Every time I go to the Black Dame, I have a bad experience. I was traveling and stopped by for a sandwich. I asked for jalapeños on my sandwich and was told they could only give me 3 because of a food shortage. I found it ridiculous that there were plenty of jalapeños available and it was rude to only give me 3. I am disappointed with the service and will not be returning. I recommend others in the area to find a different restaurant with better service.

Old Man at the restaurant rude. I sat down to eat my food and he asked me “are you going to clean up behind yourself” while I was eating. He assumed i was going to make a mess and he bothered a paying customer. There are no signs that say that I can’t sit and enjoy my food. Don’t spend money here

I came with my family at 2:15 pm, the rude staff locked the door while I was approaching. I knocked and she ignored me. She then let a customer out the door and I asked her was she closed, she didn't respond and locked the door again. Very rude and disrespectful.
