Steak 'n Shake - Atlanta

Don't ask to take my order then tell me you are out of multiple menu items. Staff should not consume beverages during food service or prepare.

Their shake machine is down seemingly every other week and they’re Extremely slow. I hope that they can do better.

It's 8:30 PM on a Sunday, and I came to get a milkshake. I'm in a drive-through but I can't get out of. When I got here there were about six cars ahead of me now there's four so I get to spend an entire half hour in line for something they don't have. How can your machine be down? It's what you do! Maybe you should get a freaking sigh! Maybe change the name!

Every time I place an order on UberEats, it gets canceled! Why is this restaurant listed on the app if they can't fulfill the orders? It's incredibly frustrating. Their kitchen closes at 10, so there's no reason orders should be denied so early.

The giant illuminated sign outside claims the restaurant is open 24 hours. However, according to their online hours, they close at 10 a.m. on Monday, and I discovered this the hard way when I arrived at 7:30 p.m. and was told they were closed. I wasn't alone – there were at least 11 cars in line, yet within 10 minutes of waiting in my car to decide what else to eat, I’m writing this review. It seems that this is the standard situation for this establishment. Now I'm contemplating heading over to Chick-fil-A instead, although I'm starting to get tired of that option since it feels like no one else can provide good customer service. It's too bad Chick-fil-A doesn’t serve burgers. If they did, along with Italian, Mexican cuisine, Philly cheese steaks, fried fish, and falafel, they could cover all the bases and we'd still get great, fast service!
