Ra Sushi Bar Restaurant Atlanta, Ga

I've stayed at many hotels, but this one stands out as one of the best. The views were stunning, and the staff was exceptional. Everything was top-notch. We enjoyed a complimentary breakfast and received daily credits to use thanks to our credit card, which made our stay even better. I'm already looking forward to returning!

Disappointing! The hotel itself is fine, with kind and efficient front desk staff. The rooms are modern, well-appointed, and in good condition, and the beds are comfortable. After being out, we headed to the bar around 10:45, where we quickly ordered drinks and snacks before the kitchen closed. Our servers were fantastic. However, we encountered a panhandling woman and her child in the bar area. She was aggressive and somewhat confrontational when we didn’t give her any cash. Eventually, my husband informed the front desk about the situation, but their response was simply “ok.” There was no security present. While we didn’t feel outright unsafe, it was definitely unsettling, especially for a four-star hotel. Such a disappointment.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience, thanks in part to my Amex Platinum card, which provided a $60 breakfast credit and a $100 hotel credit. Any hotel that offers robes, a stand-up shower, and a bathtub is definitely top-notch. I rated the service four stars mainly due to an issue with the valet attendants not being able to charge my electric vehicle. I also requested that my credit not be applied toward parking, but they did it anyway. Aside from that hiccup, my experience was truly exceptional. As for nearby activities, there’s a coffee shop right next to the hotel that offers delicious vegan desserts and amazing coffee.

Free microwaves and refrigerators are needed in the room and not as an upcharge item. They wanted to charge us $25 per day to have a microwave and $25 a day to have a fridge.Also to have a bar and not a smoking area is really backwards. We pay all this money to stay in this hotel and to not have a smoking area or a fridge and a microwave is beyond ridiculous.Everything else was great!

Very nice hotel in an excellent location. Lively bar and good food. The absolute best part of the stay was the service…restaurant staff, bartenders, valet service, and all hospitality staff were so kind, friendly, welcoming and engaging. A memorable hotel for us.
