Pizza Hut - Atlanta

The pizza here is still fantastic, with the best crust I’ve ever had! I took a chance and ended up with a deliciously meaty and cheesy pizza, though I forgot to add a few vegetables. It's the kind of pizza where I always finish the crust! Although I’m originally from Detroit, where we didn't really have a distinct pizza style—except maybe the one associated with the owner of the Red Wings (hockey)—this pizza truly stands out.

After many years as a loyal Domino’s customer, I decided to give Pizza Hut a try, and I regret my decision. The pizza was undercooked—the center was nearly raw. They really need to adjust their oven settings or cook the pizzas for a bit longer.

It wasn't my experience, but it seems like someone was upset with their pizza last night! The place I usually go to next door mentioned that the staff is always yelling at each other. Yikes!

The customer service is truly always bad. They never call and tell you that they don?t have delivery drivers, they just don?t make the pizza, or don?t say anything at all in hopes you?ll come get it. They don?t have any delivery drivers so they partner through door dash but it?s so unreliable. They should offer carry out only at this point. I ordered at 1:22. It?s 3 and I still don?t have the one pizza I ordered, with no driver at the moment either. Not to mention it says to call the store but then the girl at Pizza Hut says I?ll have to call DoorDash. Lol

Very rude service. I called to place an order and the guy didn?t even say? hello, thanks for calling Pizza Hut? etc He simply said hello so, I hung up thinking that I had the wrong number. So I stopped by the location only to be waiting in the lobby for a few minutes while Jerron (the same guy that answered the phone) yells, uses profanity and a verbally abuse I?ve banter with staff. Next he comes to lobby then picks up the phone to insult a customer who had an issue with their food. After he got off the phone; He then just looks at me instead of asking for my order. After I placed my order; he still said nothing to me and proceeded to yell and be unprofessional by continuing his convo with the kitchen staff. Unbelievable!
