Pizza Hut - Atlanta

The Pizza Hut at 4957 Winters Chapel Rd in Atlanta, GA is hands down the worst! The customer service is terrible, they constantly get orders wrong and then blame the customers. One time I called in an order and the person on the phone confirmed everything, but when I arrived 30 minutes later they claimed they had no record of it. Another time I ordered two personal pan pizzas and they made them both too large. When I tried to explain that this wasn't what I had ordered, the lady working there got angry and insisted that was exactly what I had asked for. I was there and personally heard her take my order.

I ordered a large pizza and specifically requested that it be cut into three corner slices, but it was delivered with square cuts instead. I was disappointed, but I understand that mistakes happen. I called the restaurant to ask for a new pizza, but the person I spoke to, who identified himself as "Baba," was rude and unprofessional. He refused to give me his last name and argued with me, not allowing me to explain the situation. He claimed that the person who cut the pizza was confused and suggested that I should not have included specific instructions. After requesting to speak to a manager, "Baba" claimed to be the manager but was unwilling to correct the mistake or refund my money. I was treated poorly by this individual and am now determined to ensure that other customers do not experience the same disrespect.

Pizza Hut at 2300 Holcomb Bridge Rd is the place to go if you're looking for great pizza. No one can beat the quality of their pizzas. You can get a large pizza with up to 3 toppings for just $10 or a large pizza with up to 5 toppings for $12.99. And don't forget to try their delicious cinnamon rolls, they are a must-try and could become your new favorite treat.

If I could give less than one star, I would be ordered at 20:54 clock, they are 6 minutes away from me. it is now 11:02 and I have not eaten my food! I called several times and told something else each time. at this point they only close this pizza hat down they do not supply food or make sure that notices are correct why they are even open and I can almost guarantee when my food comes, it will be cold.

Absolutely,ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I ordered my usual order as always and even asked for manager to make sure the order was correct. When I arrived the order was still incorrect. Kyle the manager was so RUDE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.. He told me and I quote, “STOP ORDERING FROM THIS SPOT!!” He is so unprofessional and a horrible manager.. I understand that there’s a staffing issue because it was only him and one other employee but, it’s no need to take his frustration out on me a my incorrect order. Everyone Let’s Please Take His Advise And Stop Ordering PERIOD!!!!???
