The restaurant was not open. it is completely closed. the open table must be updated with these information.

Open table allowed us to make a reservation and confirm the reservation, but the restaurant is still closed for COVID shutdowns. we only found out when we arrived at dinner. very frustrating. this seemed the same for most restaurants in downtown atlanta while americasmart. not the restaurants owe themselves necessary, but it should be a way for open table to check whether restaurants are in operation before they confirm their reservation.

The restaurant Open Table app let me do reservation but the store is CLOSED. Door is shut and no one’s there. What a disappointment after hard day of work when I could had made reservations somewhere else beforehand.

Food was not as expected given the price. Small portions and “family style” sides were small. Wait time was long.

I have tried to use this open table app to get a reservation just to find out that the restaurant was closed. this made my experience with the restaurant I wanted to call and this app a very disappointing experience.
