Pho 24 Atlantic Station - Atlanta

The food was amazing I got the fresh shrimp spring roll 10/10. I also ordered the well done/brisket pho 100/10 . The atmosphere was very calming. The food service is top tier they are very observant and polite.

Recently every time I get the shrimp pho the shrimp is far past overcooked and the tails are always left on making it difficult to eat with the noodles. Used to love this place, but the quality of the protein the the pho has gone down.

Fresh spring rolls were poorly made and sold for 9 dollars. Cheap ingredients and not all ingredients included. I've tasted better.

Accidentally ordered at wrong location and when i realized, i tried to call to see if there was any way to transfer the order or cancel and just start a new order at the new location. the guy told me they don’t do refunds and if i had called before the food was made he could do something but it was already made so he couldn’t do anything. no refund, no cancellation, nothing. yes it was my bad for accidentally ordering at the wrong location (i am from out of town) but i called as soon as i realized. i just don’t understand how you could help me if the food wasn’t ready but since it was, i’m no longer able to be helped, especially considering it wasn’t like hours or anything later, maybe like 10 minutes or so. i was so upset and disappointed i didn’t even reorder from the correct location. too many issues with pho24s lately

The waiter forgot our drinks and was rushing about when the place wasn't that busy. Loud table nearby, which was distracting but you can live with that if the food is good. Sadly, it was just ok.
