I really can 't review this restaurant. I gave it average ratings, because you have to enter something. But, I can 't say it is Good , Poor , or Outstanding. We didn 't get to eat there. I 've heard terrific things about Medici. But, I booked online for a Sunday evening, when I found myself in Atlanta after a Braves game looking for a great place to eat. The restaurant permitted the reservation to be booked and it was confirmed through OpenTable. The OpenTable site showed in Medici 's profile that it was open for dinner on Sunday evening. But, when we arrived at the restaurant, it was closed and we learned it wasn 't open for dinner Sunday evening. It was not a real problem, we ate at the hotel bar next door and were given the opportunity to order from the restaurant 's menu, since they apparently handle the in room dining for the hotel that it is in and their kitchen was open. We didn 't eat at Medici though, despite booking through the OpenTable site. I think someone should look at the settings they set on booking.
The restaurant was completely empty and no one was at the front desk to seat us. We left and ate elsewhere.
There 's something really wrong here: we booked the reservation on Open Table but it booked us at Cumberland Parkway in Cobb County (where, by the way, we were told by the owner of Medici, 999 Peachtree Street, there is no other Medici restaurant). This was a bust. We ended up going to a different restaurant altogether.
I was very disappointed with the restaurant. Although we could have hosted many events there, we would not choose to do so based on the quality of the food.
