Mcdonald's - Atlanta

The date was a few months ago. it was my turn to get almost food for my employees, and I knew exactly where to find it. the quarter faces were perfect for the task: cold to the touch directly from the grill and barely in the centers. ten stars of twenty-five!

I worry about the Management and owners of this location.Employees and food are fine but there is always something broken (usually the kiosk). Last visit, no cups for kids and they were out of a dipping sauce and the kiosk was out of printer paper for receipts. The employee behind the counter was apologetic but I could tell that the issues were out of his control without him having to say it.

I visited this location on 11/9/21 around 7:30 pm and ordered a Quarter Pounder meal from the drive thru window. I received the worst experience ever when I placed my order. My food was cold and my fries were not hot at all. The customer service was not good while trying to decide on which meal I wanted due to the employee's impatience. I had to wait at least 15 minutes after paying for my order and I was asked to pull in a parking spot to wait on my food. When the employee brought my food to me she was not very pleasant at all! I will absolutely not be visiting this location again!

It closes 2 hours earlier than advertised. Very rude personnel...
