Krystal - Atlanta

On the way to another workstation that was stopped by krystal. car in front of us gets order and away. car in front of him still moves. lady goes in. the man comes in. I in the window and watch from the window that manager take a bag back, müll the pommes. a few minutes later a worker brings a bag with our food. 15-20 minutes later a hot bag with the same order, but the right order. we have halfway to work and there are burgers with ketchup, no cheese completely wrong. I called to let the manager know what we saw. they said they came back and give them hot and fresh. never want iever go back

Food was horrible. Patty wasn't cooked. Just threw it all away. Didn't want a refund or anything

Haven't been to a Krystal in years! It was just like I remembered! The customer service was amazing! Everyone was so nice! Got our food fast, despite it being busy. Love the decorations and artwork at this location! I'll be coming back again when I'm in the area.??

Here's müll. it took an hour to get 12 burgers and I was the only person in the line. the customer service is terrible and will not go back.

There are often only one or two employees inside, so even small orders can take one because and if someone orders more than one meal before them, they will wait a long time. Eating is always good and hot and fresh and well prepped. she doesn't sneak.
