Happy Donuts - Atlanta

Delicious local donuts (strawberry cake is my fav! , and their other pastries are great too. Service is always friendly too.

The owner was delightful and great with the kids, even giving them extra cookies as a treat.

I'm torn on this review. I really appreciate the team running this restaurant and have always had positive experiences when I've visited. However, the food itself is just average. We tried the breakfast sandwiches and doughnuts, and they were both mediocre. While I would take away two stars for the food quality, I would add one star for the wonderful staff.

I went in for a donut and was truly impressed by the quality of the food. It may seem like a hole-in-the-wall, but it’s definitely worth the visit!

I discovered this place this morning. I had an egg and cheese croissant while my husband tried the steak cookies. We also ordered hash browns for both of us. I couldn't resist getting two donuts as well. My breakfast sandwich was decent; the egg was freshly cracked but then microwaved. The glazed donut was delicious, but the Apple Spice one was quite overpowering. Overall, I would come back. The staff was really friendly!
