I will say the place is esthetically pleasing and I liked the vibes of the atmosphere. We sat at the bar and the bartender helped me pick an amazing beer, they asked if we wanted to start a tab and we told them we would pay in cash and we will order everything at once, we sat, we ate, and even order more beers, then we closed our tab.My problem is the fact that the red short haired bartender stop us on our way out and asked us if we paid our tab, we was the only ones she stopped and asked, I told her yes then she rushed over to the bar before we exited the building . I just don’t appreciate being profiled as a person or couple who would walk out on a tab. Also, my burger bun was burnt and my burger lacked flavor .
If you like pilsners this is as close to the czech as you will get! Awesome theming!
Had no idea this place slaps until we tried the truffle fries and the falafel sandwich. It’s minimal contact because you can order and pay on your phone. They have seating on ground level and a deck upstairs with lots of benches. They also have great merch inside too. A cozy spot to eat lunch or dinner and grab ice cream after at big softie next door!
Make their own beer. Had a falafel sandwich and fries. Nothing outstanding. They do add a 21% gratuity on automatically to help pay the servers. A hot pretzel, fries, falafel burger and three beers was $61.
The beers were truly excellent. Delicious crispy boys. I wanted to buy give them more money, but the service made it incredibly hard to stay. We had our toddler nephew with us and the host took away our plastic water glasses he was stacking because “these cups are for drinking.” Absurd. If you don’t want kids at your establishment, make it 21+. We were given little to no direction from any employee. If you want to pay them a $15/hr wage, create a hospitable environment so you can make more money. We were happy to leave.
