I was super excited for the food, but it just fell short for me. I guess I just didn't like the chicken taste profile. The brussel sprouts had like only 3 pieces of pig bell. The small pancake was too thick and it had only long large pieces of scorpalion in one place instead of spreading around on the pancake. The Bulgogi was good, but some parts were much too burned so it was thrown away from the plate. The pan plate was so hot that part of the black dust came to the rice that was right above it. In view of the quality and part of the food, I do not think that prices were fair
Huge rip off lol... the gochujang fried chicken was too salty. the scallion pancake was too fluffy and not crispy. the kimchi fried rice was bland. the braised pork belly was bland. none of our food was hot enough. the portion sizes were too small. the music is just too loud. ALSO THERE WAS A BONE IN MY FRIED CHICKEN (second pic)???? just go to northeast atlanta/metro atlanta for good korean food ?? yuppietopia strikes again
Korean food at Gaja ≠ was ok, nothing special. Kimchi fried rice was very bland and not much kimchi in it. The banchan kimchi dish was not very tasteful, the worst kimchi I had in awhile. Braised pig belly was a bit better, but had a lot of fat slices. A little sneaks on the Hwayo soju.
The food was really good. We have Korean roasted chicken, Bulgogi Beef and Pork Katsu. Our water glasses were dirty, but otherwise a good meal! Food: 5/5
When Korean and Korean grew up, I was a little disappointed about food, the variety of street food, the staff literally did not take the Korean name of food or the banana when I asked for it in Korea, but I liked the establishment of the bar, took me back to the bars in Seoul, Dongducheon, Deagu, Pyongtaek etc. the day. Our waitress was cool.
