This restaurant consistently offers fast and efficient service for takeout orders, even during peak hours when they might have fewer staff. The meatball sub is skillfully made and provides excellent value for the price.

The staff at Firehouse Subs are fantastic, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable, making for a really enjoyable experience overall. While the building may feel a bit old, it is well-kept and clean. My only issue is that getting into the parking lot can be a little challenging.

Exceptional Customer Service! This location really stands out when it comes to customer service, especially in customizing sandwiches. I visited late on a Monday night, just before they closed, and the staff was exceptionally accommodating with my request. I can't recommend this team highly enough. The Hook and Ladder sandwich was absolutely delicious!

The food here is always outstanding! As is common at many Firehouse locations, it can take a little longer to get your order than you might expect, so I suggest placing your order in advance. I also think it would be great if they could add more tables and chairs, as it can feel a bit uncomfortable sitting alone at a four-top while larger groups are searching for a place to sit. The parking situation isn't too bad, but it would be helpful if more people understood how to exit via Akers Mill. Some directional signs could really make a difference!

The service was incredibly slow. My small sandwich took twenty minutes to arrive, and by the time it was served, I was already in line to request a refund. On a positive note, the sandwich was delicious. However, I did observe that none of the staff making the sandwiches were wearing hairnets. The current food rating is 88.
