F2o Fresh To Order - Atlanta

I love fresh2order but would not recommend this location. 3 of us ordered salads and they all came out dry. I asked for more dressing and the girl at the register told me I had to pay for it! I explained how dry my salad was and that there was hardly any dressing g and she insisted that that is how they come and that is need to pay fir extra dressing. We then waited an extra 25 minutes after our orders came before my son’s chicken fingers arrived. Not a good experience.

Fresh2Order has a great healthy alternative selection that are really tasty and the portions are enough. Definitely a favorite healthy choice. The menu has various options and each meal has great taste and still a few to try. The service is always great and they offer so interesting side dishes and sauces. You can eat in or take-away. Each time we visited it hasn't been crowded. They are located inside Cumberland mall, but do have an entrance access from the outside.

The food just wasn't good. I got the chicken skewers with some kind of orange sauce and a slaw salad.My salad wasn't fresh at all, it actually smelled and looked sour. The chicken was seasoned odd and didn't taste that great for having spent $20. I guess I should have read the menu more closely. The sauce the chicken came with was cold and tasted gross.The only good thing was the mashed sweet potatoes, I actually left the rest of my food and walked out because I couldn't put up with the lack luster food, sticky floors /tables and gnats flying around while I was trying to eat. Fresh didn't come to mind not once.

I ordered a Fig Salad and Steak panini at the Cumberland Mall location (1260 Cumberland Mall, Atlanta, GA 30339) on Sunday, June 4th around 5pm. I usually order food from this location at least once a month. Lately, within the last four visits, I noticed the lack of cleanliness and overall appeal. More importantly, I noticed fruit flies flying around—a good sign that my first noticing was spot on. In addition, the food presentation was fine at first glance. When we started eating, it was apparent that not all of the items in each dish were fresh. The lettuce was not crisp and the steak was not fresh. Please take the time to correct these errors as this is a great location with lots of potential to return to the greatness that we enjoyed when this location opened.

Seriously the best part about this place besides the food is the consistency. I don't live in the area, so I could go years between visits and no matter what, the food, the service, the staff, the appearance of the place and the selection/ variety of dishes are all ALWAYS INCREDIBLE. Just think, I've been going here since way before the pandemic and despite everything most places have gone through (or not survived at all), this location has stayed just as wonderful if not better than I remember.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options! Many dishes are already vegetarian with an option to add a meat based protein.
