The customer service here leaves much to be desired. I’m not saying this just because I had a negative experience; it seems to be a recurring issue. I ordered my meal earlier than others, yet each time I visit, I end up feeling disappointed. My order is either not ready or they can never seem to locate it!

The selection of desserts here is impressive, and it's great that customers can buy just a slice of cake rather than having to purchase a whole one. However, the price for a slice is nearly $7, which feels a bit steep. The customer service at this location really needs improvement. Arrived to pick up my sons cake and was very disappointed with the picture and the taste of the cake. The picture of the trucks were faded with green tint and didn’t look fresh at all. In the past they use to do a fantastic job with pictures, not sure if they hired a new chief but it did not look like it used to. Then after tasting the cake I couldn’t believe it it was dry and barely any flavoring…. ?‍

Everything here is fresh and delicious! Kind workers and affordable prices. Will be returning
