Ecco Buckhead - Atlanta

Second time back with friends and we all enjoyed what we ordered! The service is exceptional at this restaurant and the staff professional, knowledgeable, and gracious. Will be back!

I have dined at your restaurant 5 times in the last two months. Obviously, I enjoy the food. What strikes me awkwardly is the consistent aloof nature of management. Eye contact while passing customers at tables seems taboo.

Our first experience at Ecco was years ago in Midtown, and it was exceptional. Last night’s experience in Buckhead was mediocre at best. The restaurant was fairly empty. The server was less than empathetic, and the food was boring. I ordered the pappardelle, I bit into a peppercorn on first bite and an entire garlic clove on the second bite. The sauce needed a bit more time to come together, and the pasta was all stuck together. We were hoping to have a relaxing birthday celebration. We had an appetizer and our meal and were handed a check exactly 45 minutes after being seated. Needless to say, we didn’t opt for dessert or additional cocktail.

Service was superb. Food was great except the steak was very fatty. Drinks were impeccable.
