Dunkin' - Atlanta

Upon tasting it later, I found it to be very unpleasant, tasting mostly like old cream with no coffee flavor. Despite trying to contact the store through multiple numbers with no answer, I left a message with the store number. I plan to leave another message with management and request a refund when I return after my appointment. The coffee was almost colorless despite there being little ice in the cup, which was unusual. This has been my worst experience at a Dunkin' Donuts on the south side, and one of the worst overall in my history of going there over the years. I will update you on the outcome of my return to the store with receipt and items in hand.

My matcha latte looked unappetizing and tasted watered down, my donut was smeared with icing on the bottom, the employee at the counter refused to provide straws or napkins. Additionally, I did not receive a receipt. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and the service was somewhat rude.

I had an unacceptable experience at this restaurant. The cashier, who had black hair with orange tips, told me they were not serving food when I arrived. I settled for a coffee instead. However, three people who came after me were able to order and receive food. When I went back up to ask for the same dish as the person before me, the cashier agreed and processed my payment. After waiting for 15 minutes, I requested to use the bathroom. The cashier unlocked it for me, only for me to find it in a terrible state. When I mentioned it to the cashier, the staff laughed and went outside to chat. I gave up on getting food at that point, still puzzled as to why I was turned away initially. I sat by my car and observed the staff talking, feeling surreal, before eventually driving away. The parking was the only positive aspect of my visit, as it was easy to find a spot. However, I would not recommend this place for anyone, especially children. It may be suitable for pets, though. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, but I hope others do not have the same disappointing experience as me.

JUST RIDICULOUS I ASKED FOR A HAM AND CHEESE CROSSIANT AND THIS IS WHAT I GOT IM UPSET CAUSE THEY CLAIMIN THEY GOT NEW PEOPLE AND ERC THAT DONT MEAN NUN MY FOOD SHOULDNT LOOK KIKE THIS I WANT NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN AND THE MANGER SAID HE GO GIVE ME MY REFUND BACK ATP KEEP YALL MEED NEW

In Atl, it’s hard to find a genuinely GOOD place like this. The staff here was wonderful. Thank you all, much love! Hope they stay though and not have different ghetto people come ruin it
