I had this trip twice for 6 hours at ATL. For the first time (02/28/23), I thought I would try a Skyclub crawl (only with the diet Pepsi) and something made me google if any clubs had outdoor seats. I asked a friendly Skyclub employee at the B-Club whether he was open in F, and safe enough it was. It was subdued when I arrived there and not very crowded. After I refueled with a few snacks, I went outside and what a view. If you're an Avgeek, you'll love it. The planes went away from us the first trip, so you could see that they turned and climb when they came in sight. And you can see the tower (although you get a better look at it). Nevertheless, the sound is not so bad. You can sleep here! Most of the exterior seats are thick pillows and encourages laying. I am in no case a public sleeper and could still fall out for at least one hour. Not something I could ever manage in most club areas. This was also the first trip I used a SkyClub shower, and was happy how clean it was and warm the water got. When I went on my flight for the second time (about 3pm on 03/03/23) there was a line waiting to get in, so there is also a lot to do.
Actually, I didn't expect such a fantastic experience. The Delta Sky Lounge was fantastic and the staff was fantastic. The food had a great variety for all diets and preferences. They changed the meal options early. The place was super clean and the layout was pleasant. Based on the other blurred pictures, I'm sure you're collecting the alcohol was also good.
Smaller lounge at the entrance T. Take an elevator at the top of the gate T6. All well marked when vegetarian. Smaller bathroom, but clean and comfortable. Bar and food.
This is one of the larger clubs in atlanta airport. It's hidden way back where PF changs is. Take the same escalator up. There are two levels for this club. The first level has a small bar and some food. The second level has many windows on the far end, with views of neighboring terminals. It has a larger bar, more food and a lot more seating. Today is the first day that I've seen they have Miss Vickie's BARBECUE chips!!! They've been serving the plain potato chips on flights for such a long time. I always ask them if they have any other flavor like BBQ or salt and vinegar. So I'm excited that maybe someone heard me in the chain of administration. Also- they have decaf black tea!!! I don't always go for decaf but after a certain time of day, I am hesitant to get coffee or tea. But since it's been so cold, a hot drink that's caffeine free was welcomed!!!!! Not five stars because the tables with the outlets don't work. Tried charging my phone on the table and it's not powered at all. The food is the same in all lounges from what I've seen. I visited the C concourse lounge today when I deplaned. It was very busy. I ate and left. Then I walked to the A concourse lounge to relax a bit.
