This was my first time dining here, and it certainly won't be the last. The service was excellent, and I felt truly welcomed. Diana made our first visit enjoyable, and I want to extend my thanks to Alicia and Jacki as well. We look forward to returning soon for another great experience!

The restaurant was tidy, but the prices were too high for what you receive. I understand that food costs have risen due to inflation, but their ice products should resemble the images they present. It was disappointing.

Every time I go to this place, I'm never disappointed. her customer service is wonderful. especially the young lady with the name sign aleisha. she seems to be very quiet at first, but if she actually speaks with her, she is so friendly and she ensures that she gets her order right and that she let the load happy. I love their pistachios and exodus with the nuts in it. it's so satisfying and their waffles are always fresh, which is amazing for me. these ladies work very hard. I highly recommend this place.

Security for their security and security of their family AVOID this location (and all others owned by this franchise owner) at all cost! an employee who uses physically assault me because i asked for a refund of an item that I did not take 1bite or consume. I had a terrible experience here! I was charged for several toppings, I have neither ordered nor received. I never touched or ate the product and simply said that I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back. I was told that the load allowed no refund after they ran my card! when I demanded the money for the article that I had just paid, the employee was returned (a younger woman at the beginning of 20 to possible 30s; the seemed to be decent by African-American) became more belly, began to lure, verbally and physically aggressively slim down their jacket / maple in an attempt to hurt me! it had to be held back by safety, with this type of behavior is completely not convenient! I called the police! the answer of the store/owner was completely inert! who would return to a load in which a worker who tried to physically attack her due to the request for a refund is still busy?
