Chipotle Mexican Grill - Atlanta

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. It's become the norm for them to be missing ingredients, and I couldn't get in touch with them by phone.

This was my worst Chipotle experience ever. I came in at 4:45pm on a Tuesday to notice that they were already out of fajita veggies and guacamole! The tofu and meats looked dried out, except for the barbacoa, because it was swimming in grease. There was only one really slow lady serving the meat, the toppings and cashing out (normally there are 2-3 people . Meanwhile, the three other employees completely ignored the long line of customers that was forming. No one jumped on cash or the toppings station! When I arrived, there was one (1! customer being served in front of me in line. This employee was so slow and inefficient that I waited 18 minutes for my food! Thankfully the strictly enforced 15-minute parking wasn 't enforced, because she needed longer than that... never going there again!

Since the dining room is now closed due to COVID, I've noticed that it’s much cleaner. I’ve placed some online orders, and they have been prepared quickly. However, when I’ve ordered in person, the staff seemed very disinterested and unfriendly. I would recommend placing online orders for a quicker and more accurate experience.

I ordered a chicken salad bowl for lunch today, and I was really disappointed. When my food arrived, there were only five pieces of lettuce in the bowl, and they didn’t include any of the sides I requested. There were way too many beans, making the container all soggy. To make matters worse, the food was spicy, and I'm allergic to red peppers. I'm extremely frustrated and I will never order from here again. Chipotle has really gone downhill.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been too and experience. Came in to grab a late lunch, not busy at all, so there's really no excuse to why I received such a bad burrito. My burrito was so poorly wrapped, even the foil was ripped when she gave it to me. The girl wrapped the burrito so bad, it had multiple tears which just fell immediately apart once I started eating. And the ripped tinfoil did not help. If you go to this location, maybe grab a bowl?
