Przekaż informację zwrotnąI ordered lunch for my coworkers and myself through the Chick-fil-A app, but now it seems the option for direct delivery has been removed, forcing us to use DoorDash. When my order arrived, it was completely incorrect, although my coworkers' orders were correct. I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager, explaining that the bag was sealed when it was delivered and all the orders were in one bag. However, the manager refused to take responsibility for the mix-up, stating that since the order came through DoorDash, I would need to deal with them, even though I received the wrong items. They didn’t make any effort to rectify the situation. This lack of support is not what I expect from Chick-fil-A.
I would recommend avoiding the autumn seasonal milkshake; it wasn't very good. The food I had was decent, but I was disappointed to see the interior was quite dirty, especially with overflowing trash cans. I hope they make some improvements by my next visit.
I typically enjoy visiting this place for their delicious chicken wraps, but this morning when I went to order my usual two, I noticed that they were using smaller tortillas. The wraps are nowhere near the size they used to be, yet the price remains the same. I think I’ll have to look for another place to get my food.
That was my favorite breakfast restaurant and location earlier and I have been here for years at least once a week. therefore I will never eat in another Chick-Fil-A restaurant. to 8/23/22 approx. 4:30 o'clock I ordered a chicken sandwich from this place. after eating most of my fries I found a fried cockroache on the floor. I contacted the load immediately and spoke to a manager. he told me to bring back the remaining pommes for a refund of my meal. After I had left the load in the disgust, I saw that only the order of the pommes was refunded. I called the manager again, who told me to come back to the load for a full refund. again, after leaving the load, I saw that they have truncated me by $2.59, I reached Chick-Fil-A's hq, who brought me into contact with the franchise/owner. I sent him an e-mail with the appended evens, in which it was shown that a full refund was not received. he did not fully refund until I sent an email to CFA companies.
Only order drive through if you want your food on time. Gave this place a second chance and worst Chick-fil-A. Grumpy staff. Not helpful. My online order was ready but no one to pass it to me.
