I work close by and this is such a great option for a healthy lunch, especially since you can create your own bowl with all your favorite ingredients. Unfortunately, the service is usually quite poor to downright unacceptable making the overall experience less than satisfactory. Today I went in to order a bowl to go. Got rice as the base, salmon for both protein choices. When it came to the mix-ins (you can select up to 5), I chose four items, couldn 't decide on a fifth, so just said add more jalepenos. The disinterested employee stated that would be an up-charge. I asked, so I can add something different, but a second helping of something I like is an up-charge? She said, doubling is an up-charge. Ok, ridiculous, but ok. Just went without fifth ingredient. This is not an isolated experience. One time when I went in several months ago, the staff was friendly and I was pleasantly surprised. Been trying to kill them with kindness for a year plus. Now though, back to inconvenienced, apathetic, sour attitudes. Management should require better. Who runs a place like this and doesn 't seem to worry about building a loyal customer base. I dread going in.

I came here to pick up to go order. There was a lady at the register, she didn’t even great me and say hello. I stood there about 3 or 4 mins and then another lady was making a bowl and got to the register. Didn’t speak and just said if you hear picking up order you can get it from over there . I asked if everything was in the bag because it was stapled closed, got ignored and asked again and was told yeah it’s in there . No one was smiling and they had attitudes like they didn’t wanna be at work or something. Professional applies to any position that serves customers. Happy customers come back time and time again but i was very disappointed and dissatisfied! i will not come back to this location ever again! Greeting customers and being nice are the top priorities and that’s something they do not have ! The first and last time i come here for sure!!
