Bojangles - Atlanta

I came here on a Friday afternoon. I went through the drive-thru to order fried chicken. They allowed me to place my order and then ask if I could wait 12 minutes. I changed my order and then they said can you wait 12 minutes. They were out of all chicken. Why couldn't they tell me this in the beginning?

I was unable to leave a review for the location on Buford Highway, so I’ll share my thoughts here. Bojangles' chicken is simply unappetizing, and it didn't taste properly cleaned or cooked. I won't be returning to this establishment again.

Our dining experience was completely awful. One person in our group was never given his meal, and despite finishing our meals, we were still waiting for a meal. When we asked, they said it would take another 6 minutes, but we had already waited for 35 minutes, so we decided to leave without him getting his meal. Love Bojangles, but we won't be returning here again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong dish, and when I returned the food, the staff was incredibly kind. They replaced it with the meal I originally wanted at no extra charge. It was delicious, and I truly appreciate their generosity.

I went there Saturday morning 12/15 around 8am the food was hard, they had no gloves on, the cashier at the drive thru window didn’t care about my order, she rushed me and did not have good customer service and her uniform didn’t look clean. They are out of jelly, and my food was old and hard. I visit there often they usually have better food and service. Please don’t sell old food.
