I think Brazilians use a lot more salt then somewhere else, so no Brazilians can possibly be modified. if not for salt a 10/10 and we will be back!
Lunch there was an incredible experience. amazing eating (I had a fattyuccine alla putanesca and my wife had a fatuccine al carbonara both delicious.) the beer was in the perfect temperature. the price was reasonable. it deserves a visit.
When we entered this beautiful little restaurant, we were warmly welcomed and greeted by the owner. we do not speak Portuguese, and his English was little better. but he did a fabulous job that explained the menu and brought someone who speaks English for us. they made the captivating on that day fresh and so tasted. I had fatuccine alla' arrabiata. it was richly flavored, spicy, with a lot of complexity. my friend had fatuccine alla' puttanesca. he loved it. sparsely. house wine was delicious. we both chose winners. but the star of the evening (outside the wonderful service) was the cannelloni. I wish my wife was with me because the decor is charming, the weeping and eating delicious, and (although it seems cliché so to say) she really treats us as a family. what a great sound! .
Wow, DELICIOUS. Seriously, delicious. The food here is made from scratch and the sauce (especially the white sauce) is AMAZING. Fridays they have awesome promotions, and Andre the owner will treat you like family he's so wonderful! It's a hidden gem in Atibaia better than...any Italian places in the region...it's real, authentic Italian comfort food. I'm such a foodie and after trying the Italian places in Atibaia, Braganca and other places- this place compares to none. All in all- Great location, good prices, nice Italian music, polite staff, delicious wine, and don't forget to try to wonderful hazelnut chocolate mousse! We'll be back next week <3
