Food was good, they did forget to put tomatoes on my belt though and it did take awhile for us to be served bit it was quite busy!
I visited your store and experienced terrible service from one of the employees. It seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. The wait was extremely long, and the drive-thru was completely stagnant. It’s clear that more staff who are willing to work are needed. Customer service was a total failure. Afterward, I was contacted by Tim Hortons to discuss the incident, and I explained everything to them. However, to this day, I haven’t seen any effort to address the issue—no offer of gift cards, replacements, or even a new order of my food. I strongly advise avoiding this location and going elsewhere.
