Alfredos Takeaway - Athlone

Have only started ordering from here as our local has gone so downhill. Excellent service and food quality is amazing for a chipper. Availability and variety of foods is great too. Honestly haven't been able to find smoked cod that's available or in stock anywhere else in athlone. Will be getting food from here going forward. Would highly recommend it to anybody in the area. The premium burger is fantastic also!!

I recently ordered food for myself, my son, and my friend from Alfredo's. My friend ordered the chicken kebab, which was exceptional. It was made with proper chicken breast that was grilled and cut into slices, along with fresh peppers, onions, salad, and sauces. The pitta bread was fresh and tasty, remaining dry and not soggy as the kebab was layered correctly. The chicken itself was fresh and cooked to perfection, not reheated like in many other places. I also tried the fresh cod, which was beautiful and had a tasty batter with excellent consistency. The spring roll was crispy and delightful, and the chips were fantastic - cooked in clean oil, they were tasty, fresh, thick, and arrived piping hot. My son enjoyed his burger and Oreo milkshake as well. We have also tried the pizzas here, and they were fabulous. Overall, Alfredo's does a great job - keep up the good work!

I ordered fresh cod and fries for delivery from this restaurant. That was the only thing I ate that day, but afterwards I experienced vomiting and diarrhea for over 27 hours.
