Bar South is so damn fun. It’s a perfect spot to round out the night when you’re in Athens. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. On the weekends, when school is in session, it really gets going at 11pm. Plenty of space before then. This is a great place to catch live music. Oh and the happy hour is absolutely stellar really good deals on some amazing drinks like SUNBOY Spiked Coconut Water which is only $4 at happy hour. Unheard of. Definitely check this place out.

Bouncer kicked out a DD at 0030 because he said a 28 year old man jumped the fence to get into the bar. He physically can't jump that high.
