Choo Choo Grill Express - Athens

I go to choo choo all the time and they are amazing. the food is fantastic every time and the workers are all nice. the bathroom is always super clean also in the special notes I asked them to make my food with love and to draw a picture and they did!

I usually never have problems when my friend eats here. I'm so upset because I didn't take photos like I usually do. I went to choo choo choos the other night I ordered a chicken shrimp to escape along with another chicken duck. I had no reason to suspect they were a problem. When I eat, I noticed that the chicken was extremely chewing. I noticed that the chicken was still raw. I immediately contacted choo choos was said to bring the food the next day, as I had already made it my goal. My friend almost finished his meal, but also stopped because he felt sick. He finally started throwing, couldn't stop. I took the food back to choo choo, as instructed when I arrived, they signaled someone to treat the problem because, as it was said when I arrived?there she is. The one with him? That's all I've collected. I knew there was a problem. They took the food from me back to discuss the food. An Asian worker, male, came out to let me know that he would only give me a partial refund, because the chicken prisms were almost ready?. I was immediately revealed because I did not commit my chicken to not do my important others to get sick because the foods were put out of the farm poor quality. That was inappropriate, especially when I was quoted a full refund was done what I was instructed to do. I will eat NIE here again I advise you who reads this review to do the same. I will report this problem to higher authorities because they have not properly treated this situation if I do not expect to buy RAW FOOD! Obviously, the process/preparation is bad for us to be sick from this also discovering RAW CHICKEN. They give names so they can be kept accountable. You don't care about the experience I had. So much so I had to come, write a review. I pray someone read this before they decide to buy food here for their family. They are in danger of serious food disease that they do not care. They give generous portions and a lot of sauce. I enjoy my visit here for lunch and it also makes for a great dinner in the late night. my only one would be to have a little thicker steak and huh.

Eating is okay, but definitely not what is used. I'm not back. the sauce was too salty and there was more rice than meat? the sweet are just sad. I'm sorry.

Absolutely 5 stars. 4 of us had lunch, staff friendly, the owners came out to meet us. Appetizers and meals were excellent. I got 3 meals from my entree alone so great value. I highly recommend Choo Choo express.
