Braises Ath'itude

The reception was colder than expected. The atmosphere was too quiet. We were seated at 7:30, but didn't receive our aperitif until 8:30, despite the restaurant only having a few tables. There were major service issues. To make matters worse, after finishing our cava, the waitress brought us cheese thinking it was another aperitif, which was quite amusing. The tension was palpable as we overheard the boss reprimanding the cook. The dishes were decent with quality ingredients, but overall mediocre. After waiting for two hours, we were more eager to leave than to eat. This restaurant is not recommended.

The frame is raw and super nice! the winch is up : we feel good ; the products are of quality and succulent and made home or carefully chosen : a concept for us unknown but that is worth the detour... this winter, if we don't come back before ..., we'll get to taste the cheese version of the braisade for a mountain atmosphere winter sports !.belle evening !
